Stephanie Meeks, with a background in non-profit leadership and 
conservation, plans to tour Drayton Hall and the Ashley River region, Friday July 23, 2010. After the tours, Drayton staff will host a private reception to welcome Meeks and to learn more about her vision for the future of the National Trust. We also look forward to sharing with her the exciting projects in the works at Drayton Hall! During her visit, we hope that Meeks will experience firsthand, what we experience every day – pride in Drayton Hall’s representation of American history.
Thanks to the preservation efforts and support of the National Trust, engaged community members, and concerned staff, Drayton Hall continues to weather the effects of time. We look forward to hosting Meeks for a day and working with her in the future.
