On Friday,  July 26 at 12:30 pm, Curator Cameron Moon will host our weekly informal curator talk on the evolution of the Caretaker’s House at Drayton Hall.

Constructed in close proximity to Drayton Hall in the 1870’s, the Caretaker’s House has had a journey in parallel to human events which encapsulates so much of post-Civil War history on both a large scale and specifically to the lives which touched Drayton Hall after 1865. Cameron will share never before seen historic photos of the Caretaker’s House through its various transitions.

Drayton Hall’s Weekly Curator Gallery Talk Series is presented on Friday’s at 12:30 pm. These talks are included in your admission and membership. This is a wonderful weekly opportunity to hear the stories we are not able to fit on to the walls of our galleries. No reservations are required, simply meet in the Caretaker’s House.
